Bike MS is back! And we’re so excited to bring you a one-day ride with multiple start line locations and route options. Get ready for the ride of a lifetime marked by passion, inspiration, determination and fun while pedaling toward a world free of MS. Safety is always a top priority for us at Bike MS, and we will be following social distancing guidelines and enhanced safety protocols.
The total mileage for each route varies between 70 and 100 miles. The ride is planned for May 1st. Unlike past rides that were Saturday & Sunday, this year they are planning a one-day event on Saturday.
- They’re shooting to have 100 Austin teams.
- The start for Austin riders will be out of LaGrange: 6:45 – 8:30am start times.
- The rider bus from Austin will leave at 6:00am and get into LaGrange ~7:15, for 7:45 – 8:30am starts. The busses will run at half capacity and be well-ventilated.
- Riders from Austin and Houston will all finish at Texas A&M’s Kyle Field.
- Including the start at LaGrange, we’re looking to staff six (6) stops on the LaGrange -> College Station route, with two operators per stop.
- VHF/UHF will be used for communication along the route.
